We keep coaching session notes to improve the quality of the service I provide to you. These are confidential, filed anonymously and securely, and are only accessible to us

How We Store Your Personal Information
Your information is securely stored in our digital systems and is protected by password and anti-viral support. Any paper-based session notes are scanned and added to the digital systems or filed in a locked cabinet on our premises.
Alison Proud Coaching keeps your name, telephone number, email address and coaching session notes for a period of three years following our coaching engagement. You can request that we delete this information at any time.
We will dispose your information by deleting the digital files and shredding any paper-based information.
